Today nov 21 , 2017 l called at 11:06 am at phone number 1800 223-4311 spoke to customer service l told them that 2 of there items that l own of lenox has a manufacturer defect the items name is Gemmed tree ornament the lady tells me there out of stock of l understand that part she tells me to wait a week until they come it okay l understand that part because the holidays but when she told me that l have to buy the item at 50% off retail while the item has a manufacturer defect in the jewel that they made in their shop and they want me to spend my money again on an item to replace it because I want the ornament first of all they have horrible customer service horrible replacement program If an item is brand new sealed in box and the item is damaged because of their Factory they should replace it for free of no charge QVC from the network says anything you buy from Lenox any problems you have with Lenox they will gladly help you out that's a total lie because I called the company and I told them what was going on and they would not help me I have to spend money to buy the same item that I already own again I'm going to let the world know Facebook Instagram social media completely know about this company of false advertisement and damaged products that they do not replace I'm telling all my friends my family that while I have hundreds of members of my family not to shop from Lenox again while we've been shopping from Lenox for over 25 years Please be aware of this company
